Who am I?

I'm a software engineer with over 10 years of experience building backend systems, leading teams, and growing engineers around me. I actively use AI tools in my engineering practice and help others do the same. I offer mentorship for those who want a real boost — in engineering depth, architectural thinking, and career trajectory.

Who is this for?

This program is for engineers at any stage. If you're just getting started, I'll help you build a strong foundation and avoid common dead ends. If you're a seasoned developer looking to break through a plateau, we'll work on the areas that actually move the needle — from system design and technical leadership to preparing for a staff-level role.

What is covered?

  • 🗺️ Structured learning path — developers feel overwhelmed by endless resources (courses, docs, YouTube) without knowing what to study in what order. They want a mentor who provides a roadmap, not just answers.
  • 🪞 Honest feedback — juniors and career switchers struggle to get honest, actionable feedback on their code and career decisions. Self-study courses give none; colleagues often soften criticism.
  • 🎯 Interview preparation — technical interviews (coding, system design, behavioral) remain a major barrier. Candidates know they're underprepared but don't know how to practice effectively without guidance.
  • 🚀 Career stagnation at mid-level — mid-level devs (2–5 yrs) often hit a ceiling and don't know how to move to senior. The gap isn't just technical — it's about ownership, communication, and systems thinking.

Formats

  • Individual — shaped entirely around your goals and current challenges
  • Group — a small cohort to learn from shared experience, tackle real-world problems, and build a peer network
